Could a Combination Resume Work For You?

A combination resume could be a very good choice for a job seeker with a wealth of experience at one company. It’s basically a chronological resume, but within the section for the company where you have a wealth of experience, you can insert functional subheadings such as Sales Management and Operations. Simply place the appropriate bullet points relating to the Sales Management aspect of your experience under that subheading and the same is true for all the experience and associated bullet points you have gained in the Operations area. That strategy separates the bullet points and the subheadings promote the two or three areas where you’re the most marketable. Accomplishments or Achievements also make for good subheadings.
